Great experience today at this location! We ordered 3 drinks using the mobile app and they were ready promptly. The drinks were good and the service was excellent. I want to specifically recognize Autumn, who prepared our order, as well as the two other team members on staff. They were all incredibly polite and friendly. We will visit again!

I don't get to this location very often, just due to where it is located. It hasn't changed much inside. It was not a bad experience but it was not great. I came in, there was one person working behind the counter. I waited my turn to order after two people before me placed their orders and the barista made the orders. Then, she took my order and the next person. I sat down to wait. Another barista came out from the back, and the first one left on break. The new barista made the drink of the lady after me, took 3 more orders and made all of them. I went up at that point and asked about mine. He thought it was already made for some reason... So, I got it eventually.

Solid outpost of national coffee chain. Parking and access is a bit funky (but not hazardous like their nearby outlet st York and Regester). Typical offerings by friendly/knowledgeable barristas. Seating area is a bit cramped.

Smaller Starbucks just a few areas to sit in winter, show some outside seating , and the service team is great. Went on a Saturday morning. But if later in the day Charles St is extremely busy, prepare for that.

I love Starbucks coffee and I go everyday for my caramel macchiato, but what I love the most is the great customer service, which is what this Starbucks has. Maddie the barista remembers my name and always says “good morning” with a big smile! Her smile makes me smile. A smile can sometimes make someone’s day. It’s good to smile!!

This is the first Starbucks where the baristas asked for my dog's name, requested to see pictures of said dog, and placed the dog's name on the order instead of mine. In fact, I don't think the barista ever asked for my name, which I find completely hilarious. Compared to the other location nearby with the drive-thru, this Starbucks not only provides generous portions of pup cups, but they are also very consistent with the quality of my usual drinks: vanilla sweet cream cold brew and during the Fall, pumpkin cream cold brew. Thanks for the laughs, and keep up the good work!
